Loved working with this group. As difficult as a kitchen renovation can be, I really appreciated working with Derek, Scott and Keli. I think 2 of the key factors were time spent in the beginning of the process and communication during it. I really felt Derek listened to me during the design phase and made appropriate suggestions. I didn’t feel rushed even though I know this is a busy office. Keli sent me websites and to stores to see the cosmetic finishes but handled all the ordering. I feel she helped me focus on things I liked but also has the bigger view on how it all fits together or the “long range view”. Scott organizes the actual work crews who were all pleasant and professional. I knew the 5 week timeline and they met it. I like alot of communication and sometimes on a given day would have liked to know that no one was coming til 11am (for example) just because it can be difficult to have people in and out of your house but if nothing was happening that day (waiting on cabinets or granite etc) I knew that. That’s probably a lot of “me” arranging my day and wouldn’t bother other people. ^ Months after we finished, I still love everything about my new kitchen. I will say they were not the cheapest quote (about $3000) but I felt I had the best relationship with them even during the planning process and I had a good feeling about them responding to me during the renovation. Two companies were very pushy, one other not responsive even during planning and wasn’t offering suggestions/alternatives to my requests and I thought this could make a difficult time even worse so I felt it was worth it.
